Hexham Cottages present these traditional style, stone built Northumbrian cottages, newly converted from former out-buildings. Both cottages are built to an exceptionally high standard and low carbon footprint.

Approached along a tree lined drive and set in the 17 acre grounds of a Grade II listed Georgian farm house this tranquil setting commands outstanding views to the south over Hexhamshire.

The peace and quiet of this location is interrupted only by the sound of the abundant wildlife in this conservation area; where deer, badgers, owls, hares and birds abound. Yet are situated only 1.5 miles from the beautiful old market town of Hexham and 0.5 mile from the Dipton Mill Inn, Real Ale Pub and Brewery.

Walk a public footpath from the farm straight down to Dipton Woods and discover a huge network of footpaths and bridleways all over Hexhamshire, an area of truly outstanding beauty and tranquility. A public footpath also leads from the farm to Hexham town.

Accommodation for two people in a double bedroom with 5ft wide bed, en suite shower room with granite bowl and vanity top. Living area with leather lounge chairs, flat screen TV and DVD under a vaulted beamed ceiling. Extensive new kitchen with granite worktops, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.  Both cottages feature eco-friendly solar panels.
